Smithy n his mechanics were quite knowledgeable about why the fluid for the AWD needed to be changed past a certain mileage for my vehicle. I also needed a new battery as I could tell it's pickup when accelerating was decreasing. I appreciate them informing me if n when other maintenance items need to be taken care of.
