This family-owned and run business is aptly named and a stand-out in their field. Excellent customer service, diagnostic capabilities and prices. Good communication, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and prompt.They care about their customers and doing what’s best for them more than making a quick buck. Unique these days and in this area. They were very helpful and gave me great advice each time I called them. They tested my battery that kept dying at no charge and ordered a new one when I was ready, rather than pushing it when the test showed it was weak but not completely failed, as I believe most shops would have done. Several months later, they checked out a tire that had gone flat and replaced two other worn tires. They performed some diagnostic testing of other issues and again only charged me for the new tires. Owner Smitty, Alex and Jack are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this shop.

They even let me know ahead of time how much the labor would be and gave me a heads up if a part was delayed getting there. Smitty and his team are top notch in my book and I highly recommend them.

Smithy n his mechanics were quite knowledgeable about why the fluid for the AWD needed to be changed past a certain mileage for my vehicle. I also needed a new battery as I could tell it's pickup when accelerating was decreasing. I appreciate them informing me if n when other maintenance items need to be taken care of.
